On 26-28 March 2024, the NTIA/ITS, in collaboration with the US Department of Defense FutureG Office, is hosting the 2024 RIC Forum. This event provides a space to demonstrate viable Radio Intelligent Controller (RIC) Apps and their use cases, for the purposes of technical knowledge sharing.
Presenters will showcase RIC App demonstrations that measure and display the effects of their xApps and rApps on a 5G Open RAN network.
This forum will bring together industry leaders and Open RAN innovators from around the world to share their valuable insights into the latest technology developments in global open networks.

Hear from us
Our experts from Digital Catapult will be present at the RIC Forum and welcome the opportunity to share more about our SONIC Labs programme and how we are working collectively with international partners to accelerate adoption of Open RAN technologies.
Additionally, on Thursday 28 March at 14:00-15:00 (CST) / 19:00-20:00 (GMT), Dr Dritan Kaleshi, will be speaking on a panel discussion, Open RAN vendors’ visions for full deployment. Other panellist include:
