As General Counsel & Company Secretary, he serves as the principal legal adviser to the executive team and Board, providing strategic counsel on legal, governance, risk and compliance matters.

Chris leads the legal function, overseeing corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and strategic partnerships.
