Digital Catapult is working with Energy Systems Catapult (together the “Programme Partners”) on the Digitalising Energy Flexibility Programme (“Programme”), of which this event is a part. 

By registering for this event, I agree that my personal data can be shared with and used by each Programme Partner, who will be individually (not jointly) a Controller. 

Each Programme Partner is individually responsible to you for how it respectively stores, uses and processes your personal data in accordance with that Programme Partner’s privacy policy. One Programme Partner is not responsible to you for another Programme Partner’s storage, use or processing of your data. Actions taken by one Programme Partner (e.g. deleting personal data) will be independent of another Programme Partner. If you need to make a data request, please make such request directly to the relevant Programme Partner(s). Each Programme Partner’s privacy policy can be found at the web addresses listed below. 

Programme Partners will use your submitted information for the purposes of organising and operating the event, related post event activities, assessing the impact of the event, maintaining and contacting you in relation to other Programme activities. Programme Partners may also contact you for feedback or research purposes. If you’ve signed up to allow a Programme Partner to stay in contact, they may also contact you regarding other marketing activities and events they hope to be of interest to you. 

The Catapult may also take photographs and/or video at the event, which will be used in general promotional material recording or relating to the event, including use with websites, emails, social media and tangible literature. If you have any concerns relating to this, please contact the events coordinator at the Event. 

Where a programme, facility or event sponsor has been named, we may also pass your information to them for the same uses as Catapult in relation to the event.
If you are applying on behalf of another person, you are confirming their acknowledgement and consent to these terms.
