Digital Catapult’s Platinum Awards

On 26 November 2019, Digital Catapult will open its doors to celebrate the creme de la creme of UK tech startups and scaleups for the inaugural Platinum Awards. This is an opportunity to recognise some of the first-class startups and scaleups that have grown and developed through Digital Catapult’s programmes and innovation activities.

For the last five years, Digital Catapult has been working with companies large and small to accelerate their early adoption of advanced digital technologies. This work has provided us with the opportunity to support some of the most exciting companies in the UK tech sector and help them grow and now seemed the prime time to recognise the success and talent of eight of the best.

Digital Catapult Platinum is an awards ceremony that celebrates the eight companies judged the best to have engaged with our programmes.Those that have achieved the most traction, the most investment and the best new product or service ideas.

To select our eight winning companies, we have assembled a panel of 13 judges, including Dame Wendy Hall, Paul Clarke, CTO, Ocado, singer-songwriter Imogen Heap and more. The winning companies are undoubtedly the ones to watch across our focus technology areas of immersive, AI, future networks and future focus (cyber security and DLT/blockchain) and will be chosen because they demonstrate the diversity and richness of the UK’s tech ecosystem.
