As part of the Festival core events, you will be able to hear from two Digital Catapult’s experts.
On Day 3, Wednesday 9 October, Tony Stimson, Strategic Partnership and Centre Lead, will take part in th “Catapults Explained” workshop from 13:30 to 14:30 as part of the Innovate Local Bristol event hosted by Innovate UK at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel.
This workshop will be the opportunity to learn how to access expertise, start-of-the-art facilities and an array of support for SME’s from six of our Catapults: Digital Catapult, National Composites Centre, Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult, Satellite Applications Catapult and the the UK Agritech Centre.

The following day, Nicola Price, Partnerships Manager at Digital Catapult will participate in a panel discussion around “Setting the future vision of Creative Technology in the South West” from 12:45 to 14:00 on Thursday 10 October, at Motion (74-78 Avon Street Bristol BS2 0PX).
Nicola will be joined in this panel by representatives from The Bristol Business Bugle, Bristol Creative Industries and Rebellious Co to dive into the future of creative technology in the region. Building on the insights from the morning workshop, these industry experts will discuss the untapped potential of the creative sector and work together to define a shared vision for the future.
