Jill Ridley-Smith

Jill has worked with growth companies for the past 15 years both as a private equity investor at HgCapital and currently as a Non-Executive Director, business adviser and angel investor. Jill’s skill-set is in in strategy, finance and investment.  She also has special interest in ESG and Sustainability with relevant qualifications from the Value Reporting Foundation (FSA Credential) and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.  She likes to support, advise and back management teams who have the vision, courage and execution skills to drive stakeholder value through innovation and identifying new market opportunities.
