Digital Catapult’s Annual Engagement and Impact Report 2020

In the Annual Engagement and Impact Report 2020, Digital Catapult shares an overview of the highlights of its work over the past year, as well as how its impact from increasing the adoption of advanced digital technologies in the UK is helping to drive ambitious innovation and create opportunity from potential.

Over the last 12 months Digital Catapult’s impact has continued to grow at pace. Digital Catapult has worked with more than 570 small businesses and entrepreneurs, and has established more than 120 new industrial collaborations and partnerships. It has forged partnerships with world leading organisations and brands, and continues to encourage, stimulate and support innovation with, and adoption of, advanced digital technologies across the manufacturing and creative sectors.

The Annual Engagement and Impact Report 2020 provides information about the range of industry-leading innovation programmes, spanning artificial intelligence, immersive, future networks and distributed systems technologies, as well as the impact of Digital Catapult’s cross-sector and cross-technology work in two chapters: ‘Virtual production’ and ‘The networked world’.
