Ray Lambe

Bringing over 20 years programme and operations experience Ray Lambe is Digital Catapult’s Chief Operating Officer. With a technical and scientific research background, his career in programme and operational management has spanned both the public and private sectors. Formerly a Programme Director at Serco, he has extensive experience of successfully delivering major multi-million-pound programmes with large numbers of varied stakeholders.

Ray is responsible for ensuring that Digital Catapult’s programmes and services are delivered on schedule and to budget. He supports his colleagues to deliver the greatest possible impact for the UK economy.

Ray holds an MBA from Kingston University and a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of London.
