Allyssa Gregory

An accomplished HR leader with a specialism in the IT and services industry, Allyssa Gregory is Digital Catapult’s Chief People Officer (CPO). Responsible for the strategic direction and management of all HR activities she is focused on scaling the organisation, building its depth of diverse expertise and creating an agile, open team environment that is inclusive, rewarding and engaging.

Her early career was in executive search, where she was instrumental in placing proven business leaders into early-stage venture capitalist backed technology businesses. More recently, she has held HR leadership roles in a number of entrepreneurial technology organisations, including mBlox Ltd (subsequently acquired by Sinch), where she was VP Global HR and Facilities Operations. Allyssa has a French degree from Warwick University and is a member of the CIPD.
